Child panel FAQ
What is a child panel?
A child panel is your own SMM panel website on your own domain. It is connected to SMMFollows, so you can sell SMM services to your own customers under your own brand.
How much does a SMMFollows child panel cost?
The child panel is $3 per month during the current promotion (normally $5). The fee covers the panel only. The services you order through SMMFollows are billed separately from your balance.
Do I need hosting for a child panel?
No. You only need a domain name. SMMFollows hosts the panel.
How long does activation take?
Your child panel is activated within 3 to 6 hours after you order it, as long as your domain's nameservers are set correctly.
How do I connect my child panel to SMMFollows?
Go to yourdomain.com/admin/settings/providers and add SMMFollows. You need the API key from the settings of your SMMFollows account. Developers can read the SMMFollows API documentation.
Will my customers see SMMFollows?
No. Orders are placed on your website and forwarded automatically to SMMFollows through your account. Your customers only see your brand.
Who receives my customers' payments?
You do. Customers pay directly into your own payment gateway account, not to SMMFollows. Add your methods in yourdomain.com/admin/settings/payments.
Can I add another admin account?
Yes. Open a ticket with the username and password and tell us the access level: full access, or only certain pages like orders, tickets or payments.
Can I get a refund?
Once your child panel is active it cannot be refunded. You can stop your panel at any time by opening a ticket.
